ElectriX is a trading name of Buddies Enterprises Ltd.

ElectriX doesn’t provide products directly but acts as referrer of electric car products through business partners. These partner products include, but are not limited to: vehicle finance, charging solutions and car insurance. 

We are working together with CBVC, a team of car leasing experts who work with a panel of lenders and manufacturers to deliver compelling lease deals. CBVC Vehicle Management Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No 688562) and is a credit broker not a lender. 

If you have a complaint

If you’ve got a complaint about the service you’ve received from us or our partners, it’s important that we know about it. That way we can help put things right and make sure it doesn’t happen again. You can let us know by giving us a call on 0330 818 7555 or email us at electrixcomplaints@lv.co.uk. Your complaint will be dealt with promptly and fairly and in line with the Financial Conduct Authority’s requirements, as applicable with each partner and their products. If you want more information on how we handle complaints, please feel free to contact us.

If we can’t resolve your complaint and it relates to car insurance, the Financial Ombudsman Service may be able to help you. Their service is free for you but you’ll need to contact them within six months of receiving our final response letter.
